Service Description

For all new appointments, we charge your card a deposit in order to hold your appointment. this amount will be debited immediately upon payment. You must pay the remaining balance during your scheduled appointment. There is no additional charge for complimentary touch-up appointments. In the event you would like to reschedule your appointment, you may do so on http://maiflowerbeautysalon.com or by giving us a call/text, any time up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Appointment occurring within the next 24 hours may not be rescheduled. If you need to cancel your appointment within 24 hours, your deposit will not be refunded. We ask that you please arrive at your appointment on time. If you are more than 20 minutes late, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment and your deposit will not be refunded. If you are more than 20 minutes late for a complimentary appointment, then your subsequent appointment will no longer be complimentary.

Cancellation Policy

Please notify us 24 hours in advance if you must cancel your appointment. Any cancel makes less than 24 hours we will charge you 50% of the reserved services. if you can't make your appointment you can always email or text out of hours to cancel. you do not have to wait until the salon is open. this gives other people a chance to book in your slot.
